Super Summer Sunhats from the Little Legs Company
With the sunshine finally making an appearance it’s important that we provide adequate sun protection for our children. Children should be provided with :
- Sun Tan Lotion (ideally over factor 30) which needs to be reapplied regularly.
- A sun hat
- Sunglasses
- A protective tee-shirt
- Shoes/ sandals which are cool and prevent children’s feet from sweating.

Baltic Amber Necklaces, The Alternative Teething Treatment.
Teething can be a traumatic time for both child and parent. We wondered how our toddler might react to wearing jewellery for the first time, he actually seemed quite taken with the idea that he was jewellery clad! During the testing week we checked our toddlers teeth regularly to ensure that teething was still taking place (in order to ensure that the improved symptoms weren’t purely a coincidence), we found that his teeth were still pushing through the gums and felt quite sharp to the touch, thus teething was occurring. Mums Baby Magazine put the Monkey Foot Extra Large Double Pocket Wet Bag to the test for a day out to the swimming baths with a toddler who uses cloth nappies. This bag is ideal for carrying spare and wet clothing as there are two pockets, both of which can be used to store wet items. However, we used one pocket in which to store clean clothes and one pocket in which to store the wet clothing, towels and nappies.
